Chapter 27

           Alexander then stopped his yacht and carried the mermaid Amara towards the deck and stood in the middle with Amara in his arms looking at the wide sea around them. They stood there for some time and finally Amara suggested that she would look from the left side of Alexander's yacht.

          "You just stay here Alexander. I'll dove and try to search for the statue in the sea," the statement of Amara.

          "No, I want to go with you; it would be better that way. At least there would be four eyes looking for it," he suggested.

         Alexander wore his blue underwater goggles and his
